How we got here

2018 - The "Aha" Moment

Started in a Vancouver coffee shop (yeah, cliche, we know). Three of us arguing about why remote hiring was such a mess. Turned out we each had pieces of the puzzle - tech recruiting, international law, and actual remote work experience. We shook hands and went all in.

Helped a scrappy Vancouver tech startup build an entire engineering team across 8 countries. They were skeptical as hell, but we delivered. That success story got us noticed - suddenly our phones wouldn't stop ringing. Turns out people actually wanted what we were selling.

Then COVID hit and flipped the entire world upside down. Overnight, everyone needed what we'd been preaching for years. We went from being the weird remote work people to having companies begging for help. Scaled fast, hired smart people who actually got it, and rode that wave hard.

2022-2023 - Getting Real

The honeymoon phase ended. Remote work wasn't just a pandemic thing anymore - it was the new reality. Companies needed more than quick fixes.
